Mica Band Heater

Heaters are made of nichrome heating element wires wounded to mica sheets, covered in SS, brass & MS sheath with required mica insulator on both the Side of heating element. Made as per required sizes with terminal connections and necessary fixing clamp. Operating Temperature 0-400C.

APPLICATIONS:

To heat the cylinders, barrels, etc.
Plastic/PVC extrusion
Injection moulding machines
Blow moulding/film machines etc.
